They topped off the house while I was at work. I’m sorry I missed seeing them lift up those trusses. I’m amazed at how this all happens… they take a pile of lumber and a plan and turn it into a house!
What was for months a quiet, deserted place is now buzzing with action. Subsoil work is going on near 67th Avenue and Mariposa, structures built for the park on Navajo Street, basements excavated along 67th Place, concrete crews pouring foundations on 68th Avenue, and David Weekely framing on Mariposa Street. Winter weather doesn’t stop them!
We have just one issue with the framing: they added our extra bathroom window but they made it too large! I wish it could be that big, but it will cut into the garage roofline. I told our builder about it and I’m sure they’ll make it right.
